We offer non-medical companion care, transportation assistance, companionship, homemaker services, errands, social outings, grocery shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and accompaniment to appointments and community activities.
We proudly serve seniors, adults with disabilities, individuals recovering from illness or surgery, veterans, and anyone who needs extra support to remain active and independent.
No. We are a non-medical companion service. We do not administer medications, provide nursing care, or perform hands-on personal care such as bathing or toileting.
Yes. Your Loyal Companion can remain with you during appointments, assist with check-in, provide companionship, and accompany you back home when your visit is complete.
We proudly serve Lakeland, Plant City, Winter Haven, Auburndale, Bartow, Mulberry, Davenport, Haines City, and surrounding areas throughout Polk County, with select services available in Tampa and Orlando.
Absolutely. Every Loyal Companion undergoes a thorough background check, driving record review, reference verification, and drug screening before joining our team.
Yes. We strive to provide consistency by matching clients with the same Loyal Companion whenever possible to build trust and lasting relationships.
Yes. We provide safe, dependable transportation for medical appointments, grocery shopping, errands, social events, family visits, airports, and recreational outings.
Yes. If requested, your Loyal Companion can stay with you throughout your appointment, provide companionship in the waiting area, assist with check-in and check-out, and ensure you return home safely and comfortably.
Absolutely. We understand the importance of trust and familiarity. We make every effort to match you with the same Loyal Companion for each visit whenever scheduling allows.
Yes. We proudly assist clients who use wheelchairs, walkers, canes, or other mobility aids. Please let us know your mobility needs when scheduling so we can ensure the appropriate accommodations are available.
Yes. One family member or caregiver is welcome to accompany the client during transportation when space permits. Please let us know in advance so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
Yes! Our Signature Theme Park Companion Service is designed for clients who want to enjoy Disney, Universal Orlando, LEGOLAND Florida, Busch Gardens, and other attractions with a trusted companion by their side. We assist with navigation, companionship, rest breaks, meals, and making the day enjoyable and stress-free.
If your regular Loyal Companion is unavailable due to illness, vacation, or an emergency, we will assign another carefully screened and trained companion who meets our high standards of care. We will notify you in advance whenever possible to ensure a smooth transition.
At this time, our services are private pay, and we do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private health insurance. We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH payments, and other approved payment methods. If you have a long-term care insurance policy, we can provide documentation or receipts that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your coverage and eligibility.
Yes. We offer flexible payment options to make our services more accessible. Clients may choose to pay per visit or enroll in one of our monthly membership plans for added savings and convenience. Customized payment arrangements may also be available for long-term or recurring services. Contact us to discuss the option that best fits your needs.
